Move-Out Cleaning

Move-out cleans are labor-intensive and detail-oriented—and that’s exactly what we do best. OCD 4 U does not offer routine surface cleaning, à la carte services, or budget cleaning. We provide FREE estimates to give you a realistic expectation of the time and effort required to perform a detailed, top-to-bottom clean that gets properties truly ready for the next occupant.

Our move-out cleans are all-inclusive, which means:

  • Inside cabinets and drawers
  • Interior windows and blinds
  • Light fixtures
  • Pulling out appliances to clean behind, inside and underneath
  • Baseboards, vents, and often-overlooked areas
  • Before and after photo documentation

Unlike other companies, there is no tier system and no add-ons. Every clean is customized to the actual condition of the property—because no two cleans are alike. We can’t provide estimates over the phone based on square footage alone. We need to see it to know how dirty it really is and give you an honest assessment.
